Below are the general terms and conditions intended for use in an online store.

In these terms and conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Withdrawal period:
the period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer:
a natural person who is not acting in the course of a business or profession and enters into a distance contract with an entrepreneur.

Day:
calendar day.

Durable medium:
any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store personal information in a way that allows for future use and reproduction without alteration.

Right of withdrawal:
the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract within a specified period.

Entrepreneur:
a natural or legal person offering goods and/or services to consumers through distance selling.

Distance contract:
a contract concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling operated by the entrepreneur, in which, up to and including the conclusion of the contract, only one or more means of distance communication are used.

Means of distance communication:
tools that enable the conclusion of a contract without the simultaneous physical presence of the consumer and the entrepreneur.

General terms and conditions:
these terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer of the entrepreneur, as well as to every distance contract concluded and every order placed between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded, the entrepreneur will indicate where the general terms and conditions can be consulted and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer's request.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these conditions can be made available in electronic form in such a way that it can be easily stored on a durable data carrier.
If this is not possible, before the distance contract is concluded, the entrepreneur will indicate where the conditions are available electronically and that they will be sent at the consumer's request.
